On Wednesday, March 17, 2010, Incheon Metropolitan City signed a business agreement with Seoul National University, the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), and the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation to create an international BIT Port in Cheongna International City.
